Trampoline Fitness

Exercise can be a bit of a chore. I mean, we all know how important it is to keep in shape, but sometimes it really isn’t what we want to do, is it? For me (and even more so for my wife) the trampoline has been an absolute revelation in our quest to keep in shape. It is quite literally the first time we have found something that works fast and is actually fun to do.

Getting the most out of it took a bit of trial and error though. I thought i knew quite a bit about keeping in shape and training in general, but it turns out that I was a novice as far as trampoline fitness goes.

Fortunately, I learn pretty fast and I realized that there are some absolutely excellent ways to get the best out of my equipment. I also learned that there is a bit difference between the best choice for a kid’s toy and the best choice for an adult getting in shape.
