So what did I learn? Well, first of all, i learned not to believe the hype! Of course, I now know a lot about the major brands and can see pretty quickly how good (or bad) something is, as well as seeing which particular version would be best for everything from losing weight to keeping a bored child busy and having fun all afternoon.

The key is finding things that are adapted to the number and age of everyone involved and can be done safely by everyone.

If you are anything like me, you hate the idea of jogging, hitting the exercise bike in the gym or getting on the rowing machine. It just seems like some form of torture, doesn’t it? But even I will admit that staying in shape is important. I want to be healthy and look as good as possible.
